Fascinate Architects was given its form in the year 2004 by two ambitious planner & designers Arif H. Punjabi & Shafique A. Bhatkar, both getting their initial design experience under the guidance of Architect Hafeez Contractor.

The firm is backed by efficient team of talented designers and draughtsmen. From an Humble start, today we have grown to a team of almost 18. And our work spans across different cities in the country. The Firm having its base in Navi Mumbai in a very short period have executed and completed wide range of projects in and around Mumbai, Navi-Mumbai, Gujarat, Indore & Goa have been undertaken and successfully completed by the Firm. This projects includes Hotels, Hospitals, Cinema House, Bungalows, Residential Complex, Office Interi­ors & Residential Interior, And Landscape Designing.
