The firm is backed by efficient team of talented designers and draughtsmen. From an Humble start, today we have grown to a team of almost 18. And our work spans across different cities in the country. The Firm having its base in Navi Mumbai in a very short period have executed and completed wide range of projects in and around Mumbai, Navi-Mumbai, Gujarat, Indore & Goa have been undertaken and successfully completed by the Firm. This projects includes Hotels, Hospitals, Cinema House, Bungalows, Residential Complex, Office Interiors & Residential Interior, And Landscape Designing.

Ar. Arif H. Punjabi
ARIF H. PUNJABI – Partner Arif, had an overall experience of about 10 years before starting Fasinate Architects. After completing his Architecture from L.S. Raheja School of Architecture-Mumbai in the year 1993, he got his initial training under the guidance of Architect Hafeez Contractor. He was also the HOD of Architectural Department of Haware Engineers & Builders Pvt. Ltd. for six year, during which he worked closely with clients and personally co-ordinated all aspect of the design process. He was involved with multi-faceted projects and has handled various projects in & around Mumbai & Navi Mumbai. Since 2009 he has been an visiting lecturer at S.S Collage of Architecture, Kalyan.
Ar. Shafique Bhatkar
SHAFIQUE, Partnar, had an overall experience of about 12 years before starting Fasinate Architects. After completing his Interior Designing from L.S. Raheja School of Architecture-Mumbai in the year 1991, he worked under the guidance of Architect Hafeez Contractor for 6 years, during which he worked on a variety of projects ranging from corporate offices, hospitality and residential apartments. His approach is towards creating and transforming spaces to their fullest potential. He is also involved in all phases of design and construction administration and project management; he is particularly adept at working with client to determine programmatic requirements.
